NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem dated December 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 005729 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21st day of January, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
