NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 18,2013, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 58-2011-CA-000127-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Block 2480, 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 7, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
