NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006328 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6, is Plaintiff and ADALBERTO LIMA; RAQUEL LIMA; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1704, 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
