NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-007102 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, INC., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-2CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2CB is the Plaintiff and Nicky V. Van Gurp A/K/A Nicky Virgenie Van Gurp; Giovanni Cristofoli; Any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Sarasota County, Florida ; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 62, SOUTH GATE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 16, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
