NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 6, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-53429 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and VARUGHESE M. CHACKO; THANKAMMA M. CHACKO; CYPRESS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LOUIS SANTIAGO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82 OF WINKLER 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
