YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to for foreclosure of a mortgage and imposition and foreclosure of an equitable lien concerning real property in Lee County, Florida, commonly known as 11575 Palm Drive, Fort Myers, Florida, and which is legally described as follows:
Unit/Lot No. 289 of TROPICANA MOBILE MANOR, as created by and defined in that certain Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement as recorded on 12/20/2010, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, under Clerk's Instrument No. 2010000308836 (the “Property”).
and
A 1968 CLAS manufactured home having Title Number 3917848 and Identification Number G2139, located on the Property.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Jonathan P. Whitney, Esquire, whose address is Lutz, Bobo, Telfair, Dunham & Gabel, One Sarasota Tower, Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
