Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of December, 2013, and entered in case No. 13-CC-004834 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAPE-GONDO CONDOMINIUMS, INC., is the Plaintiff and GEORGE M. YURTZ and DEBORAH YURTZ are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 203, THE GONDOLIER CONDOMINIUM AT CAPE CORAL, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1107, Pages 444-485, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
