NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated December 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-51797 (L) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and J.TERRY HEATH, SUSAN K. HEATH, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A PHILLIPPE TASCHER are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 10, SAN CARLOS PARK GOLF COURSE ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 70, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
