PAYNE IF ANY; LAUREL OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
