NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014811 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-7, Plaintiff and Robert M. Hysell a/k/a Robert Hysell and Karen Hysell, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 1, FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
