NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated the 12th day ofDecember, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 11-2617 CI 20, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 55, THE HAMLETS AT WHITCOMB PLACE, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
