NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000956, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER C. FEINEN; ELIZABETH M. FEINEN; CORDOVA GREENS IV A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on January 10, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 303D, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CORDOVA GREENS IV, A CONDOMININIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 106 AND 107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AUGUST 14, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4897, PAGES 1266 THROUGH 1296, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
