NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09010417CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and DENNIS S. MOORE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS S. MOORE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of January, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “C”, THE GRAND ARCADE SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY ½ OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING BETWEEN NORTHERLY EXTENSIONS OF THE EAST AND WEST LOT LINES OF SAID LOT 14 AS EXTENDED TO THE CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED ALLEY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
