NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-005733 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.comat 10:00 A.M. EST on the 13th day of January, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
