Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059300, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 6 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 112, MANGROVE BAY, DETACHED CONDOMINIUM HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2138, PAGE 4303 THROUGH 4368, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 5, 1990 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2140, PAGE 2321 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
