LOT 11, BLOCK 348, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THROUGH 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on January 13, 2014 at 11:00 am at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
