NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 19, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 51-2012-CA-000301WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and MAURICE D HARB; NANCY A HARB; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; MAURICE D HARB; TENANT #1 N/K/A SIDNEY ROUNDTREE; TENANT #2 N/K/A BERNICE JOHNSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 01/23/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
