Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated December 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003765 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HBSC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-7, Plaintiff and Glen A. Cummings a/k/a Glen Cummings and Susan D. Cummings a/k/a Susan Cummings, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on January 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 40, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 35A-35C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
