NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000520 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Szilvia Lorincz, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 10th day of October 2002 and known as Trust Number 2955, Carlton House Condominium Association, Inc., Katalin Gagyor, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement known as Trust Number 201, Katalin Lorinc, as Trustee of The Gagyor Revocable Trust, UTD, May 23, 2008, Szilvia Lorincz, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the trust agreement dated the 10th day of October 2002 and known as Trust Number 2955, Katalin Lorinc a/k/a Katalin Gagyor, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 201, CARLTON HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1050, PAGE 1927, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 15 AND 15A, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
