TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ABOVE DECEDENT OR HER TRUST:
You are hereby notified that the Settlor/Decedent, JOHN W. MCCARROLL, who lived at 3670 Bal Harbor #1-A, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, born on 8/1/1924, died on 11/15/2013. There is no personal representative of the Settlor/Decedent's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. The Trustee is: James P. McCarroll.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: Creditors and persons having claims or demands against the John W. McCarroll Administrative Trust dated 2/7/1983, as amended, must present their claims to the Trustee, WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO PRESENTED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
