NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-05363-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-0C5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-0C5 is the Plaintiff and Michael Scala; Mary Lou Scala; Lely Resort Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; Classics Plantation Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Home Mortgage; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, CLASSICS PLANTATION ESTATES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
