UNIT NO. 816, OF SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JUNE 1, 2007, AS RECORDED JUNE 4, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17814, PAGE 346, AND ALL EHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 188, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
