NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-005702, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and RICHARD N. ARMSTRONG; SUSAN A. ARMSTRONG; CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINE BAY FOREST INC.; FIRST BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 19, BLOCK G, PHASE E, PINE BAY FOREST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 994 PAGES 1851 THROUGH 1930 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 125 THROUGH 135, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
