NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003360 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. ALBANEZ CITY OF SARASOTA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 360, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
