NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008483 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Catherine Lynn Wilcox a/k/a Catherine L. Wilcox a/k/a Catherine Wilcox are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 85, AMENDED PLAT OF TROPICAL HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 24 AND 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
