NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000458 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS WILHELM A/K/A THOMAS S. WILHELM; KATHY WILHELM A/K/A KATHY A. WILHELM and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 476, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
