NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004946 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JAMES L KARL II; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. KARL II; TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 19 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 7, BLOCK 297, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT 8, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 63-68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
