NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 10-04106 CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ROBINSON A RIVAS; WALESKA RIVAS A/K/A WALESKA E. RIVAS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 19 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
