Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 16, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, REVISED PLAT OF BELL`S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUINTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
