NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA003413, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DONNA LEE HYDE; HIDDEN HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-3148, HIDDEN HOLLOW, A CONDOMINIUM, (F/K/A HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES), A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 623, PAGES 2 THROUGH 70, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 33 THROUGH 41, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
