NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-006341 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Dayra Yung Anderson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 110, BLOCK 1, OF SUNCOAST MEADOWS - INCREMENT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 36 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
