Hazel Geier NATHAN GEIER, TIMOTHY GEIER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HAZEL GEIER, DECEASED, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed December 20th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055729 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and NATHAN GEIER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 502, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1546, PAGE 2199, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
