Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
The South 11 1/2 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, LESS the Westernmost 15 feet for street in WEATHERALL'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 304, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with the North 1/2 of that portion of 9th Street Drive West vacated in O.R. Book 1563, Page 7851, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, lying South of Lot 6 and between the Southerly extensions of the Western and Eastern boundaries of said Lot 6.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 30th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
