LOT 13 IN BLOCK 3 OF COUNTRY PLACE UNIT V, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4605 BUCKEYE RD, TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 22, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
