NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed DEC 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056751 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2006-NC2, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-NC2, is Plaintiff, and ANGEL M. YOUNG A/K/A ANGEL M. HILA A/K/A ANGEL YOUNG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 61 and 62, Block 859, Unit 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 117 through 148, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
