NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001123AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Greenwich Investors XLIII Trust 2013-1, Plaintiff and JOHN POOLE AKA JOHN ROBERT POOLE; TAMARA POOLE AKA TAMARA P. POOLE; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this January 15th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 205, OF LEXINGTON, PHASE V, VI, VII, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 14 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
