NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on the 23 day of January, 2014, at public sale by electronic sales beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
The East one-half (E 1/2) of Lot 24, in Block 7, Unit 2, of LEHIGH ACRES, Re-Plat of Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, according to the Plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 15, at Page 29, and Deed Book 263, Page 358, of the Public Records of LEE County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2013-CA-052980, American Prime, LL C v. Adelina Tantau, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
