NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007889, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and RAMON R. GOMEZ; ADRIANA HERNANDEZ A/K/A ADRIANA GOMEZ-GONZALEZ A/K/A ADRIANA GOMEZ-HERNANDEZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this January 23rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BOX B, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 96 TO 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
