AS, TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2004 ASSET-BCKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WHQZ is Plaintiff ' and FRANK R. SCAROLA; UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT; FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF FRANK R. SCAROLA is Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 am online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property to wit:
