Judicial Circuit, Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS, TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2004 ASSET-BCKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WHQZ is Plaintiff ' and FRANK R. SCAROLA; UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT; FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF FRANK R. SCAROLA is Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 am online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 12 day of February, 2014, the following described property to wit:
PARCEL l: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly side of Second Street and the westerly side of Park Avenue; run thence northerly along the westerly side of Park Avenue one hundred forty-five (145) feet to the point of Beginning of the land hereby described; thence continue northerly Along the westerly side of Park Avenue ninety (90) feet; thence Westerly parallel with second street ninety five (95) feet; Thence southerly parallel with Poinsettia Avenue ninety (90) feet; Thence the easterly parallel with Second Street to the point of Beginning.
