Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 78, PARKER POINTE Phase 2-A, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 103-106 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on the 24th day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
