Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 27, OF UNI-VILLE SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4521 Blanche Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on JANUARY 27, 2014 , at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
