NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010725-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW M. ANDOLINA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 22-108, of Discovery Palms, A Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 8076, page 894 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
