NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013616-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and EVA T. WHEELER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block J, DIXIE TERRACE UNIT NO. 2, according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book N, Page 31 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
AND
The South 23 feet of the West 161 feet of Lot 2 (LESS the West 25 feet for street), MAP OF COFFIN'S SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book F, Page 92 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
