NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054073 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 24 day of January, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, RIVERDALE SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 54 THROUGH 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
