RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021882-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR5 TRUST., is Plaintiff, and ANGEL MUNOZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE EAST 44.10 FEET, DEAN ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 18, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
