YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Relief seeking a determination that the trust has authority to transfer property located at: Unit K-101, Parcel 14, ALDEA MAR, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 719, Page 513, and any amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, pages 34, 34A through 34G, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto has been filed against you and you are required to service a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Robert E. Turffs, Esquire, at ROBERT E. TURFFS, P.A., whose address is 1444 FIRST STREET, SUITE B, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34236, on or before January 18, 2014 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. This notice is provided to Administrate Order No. 2065.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
