NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000227 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23rd day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOTS 20 AND 23, BLOCK “A”, HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
