NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 03, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017631 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and DONALD TERRY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Tract 274, MAP OF RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 63, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Tract 274, thence North 89 degree 36 minute 15 second East along the North boundary of said Tract 274, a distance of 640.00 feet to a point on the West right of way boundary of 15th Street, thence South along said West right of way boundary a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence South 89 degree 36 minute 15 second West a distance of 355.00 feet; thence South 00 degree 00 minute 05 second East a distance of 143.10 feet; thence South 89 degree 32 minute 12 second West a distance of 285.00 feet to a point on the West boundary of said Tract 274; thence North 00 degree 00 minute 09 second West along said West boundary a distance of 163.44 feet to the beginning, LESS the South 133.44 feet of the West 10 feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
