NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to filed an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure December 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056315 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24 day of January, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 47 AND 48, BLOCK 59, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 315, AT PAGES 146 AND 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
