NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-004394-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Ashok M. Patel and Rachna A. Patel, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, GREY HAWK AT LAKE POLO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 140 THROUGH 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
